SM-MED (Hair is short to right pass shoulder length)

LG (Hair is from pass shoulder length to the lumbar of your back).

It is made of a lycra/spandex blended fabric, has encased elastic which provides a snug yet comfortable fit. It has LOTS of elasticity and holds a lot of hair.  

Machine or hand wash in cold water. Line/Hang to dry.
