This elegant piece can easily transform from day to evening wear.

It has 3 seams, (1 that can be placed against either the front or the back of the head, and 1 on each side). It’s made out of slinky fabric so it has so much elasticity. My hair is really thick and midway down my back and I can wear this hat and there is still lots of room for growth.

And yes, you can wear this whether your hair is long or short!
