No need to worry about it slipping off, it is secured by elastic.

Although the fabric is stretchy this piece is designed specifically for those who have shorter hair: (starter locs, a twa, or hair that is no longer than shoulder length).

You may have to wear your hair braided or corn rowed underneath it in order for it to fit.

It is machine washable, (line or hang dry).
